At Peonies Loft, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging where applicable
How to Initiate a Return Contact us at tinashuckcannonbk@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Final Sale Items Sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
